Excellent pork stew. Serves 2/3. Flavours well balanced between a very good chunky pork meat and a rich gravy made with tomatoes, cep, garlic, red wine and flambée with cognac. Porks are free-range and fed with cereals. All the products have been tasted and approved by our team. We advise you to eat it cold after a day in the fridge.
