We were blown away by the purity and the quality of flavours found in this honey since several years and we wanted to share it with you. It’s an unifloral liquid honey made by bees that forage on the nectar of lavender. This honey is harvested at the end of July in Provence by Jean-Rémi and his family. It is fruity with strong flavour. It’s clear with a fine crystallization and a creamy texture.

All the products have been tasted and approved by our team.

We advise you to taste it on toasts, pancakes, brioche or in herbal tea.
