We were blown away by the purity and the quality of flavours found in this honey since several years and we wanted to share it with you. It’s an unifloral liquid honey made by bees that forage on the nectar of chestnut trees. This honey is harvested in July in Ardèche by Jean-Rémi and his family. It is well rounded with a strong bitter flavour. It’s light brown to dark with a slow crystallization.

All the products have been tasted and approved by our team.

We advise you to taste it on toasts, pancakes, brioche, in herbal tea or with salted meals.
