We were blown away by the purity and the quality of flavours found in this honey since several years and we wanted to share it with you. It’s an unifloral liquid honey made by bees that forage on the nectar of the fir trees. This honey is harvested in August in Auvergne by Jean-Rémi and his family. It is a well rounded honey with a dark colour and a slow crystallization.

All the products have been tasted and approved by our team.

We advise you to taste it on toasts, pancakes, brioche, in herbal tea or with salted meals.
