We were blown away by the purity and the quality of flavours found in this honey since several years and we wanted to share it with you. It’s a polifloral liquid honey made by bees that forage on the nectar of the wildflowers. This honey is harvested at the end of June in Haute-Loire by Jean-Rémi and his family. It is fruity with a yellow or light brown colour clear with a rough crystallization.

All the products have been tasted and approved by our team.

We advise you to taste it on toasts, pancakes, brioche, in herbal tea or with salted meals.
