All the fruits of the jam are from Dominique and Stéphane‘s orchard and land and they’re organic. At 1200 m above sea level, they are pampered and carefully selected to get the best authentic flavours.
The elderberry (Sambucus nigra) is a plant with flowers in spring and fruits harvested in august. The flowers and the berry are rich in vitamins and antioxydents. Raw elderberry can’t be eaten.
We want to make it clear, that the level of sugar indicated doesn’t match with the sugar added to make the jam. In fact, it’s the sum of the sugar added and the sugar naturally present in the fruit. The riper they are, the richer in natural sugar they are. It’s what happen with this jam.
All the products have been tasted and approved by our team.
