This Pont l'Évêque PDO is made from the milk of the 60 Normandy cows of the farm fed on the green grass of the fields and the fodder of the farm. The Pont l'Évêque is perfect for us. It has a white and yellow crust and a supple, non-flowing paste. Its taste is rather sweet and fine with aromas of cream and vegetables.
