Saint Nectaire PDO is one of its kind. Stéphanie prepares it after milking in the morning and in the evening. The cows graze in a 175 ha land. Leaning on the counter, tasted this legend of a cheese. We love the true taste, with nut flavours and a creamy texture so delicate on the palate. A real good cheese with a melting texture and aromas of cellar, undergrowth and straw.
All the products have been tasted and approved by our team.
We advise you to get the cheese out of the fridge one or two hours before eating. To keep it longer, we suggest that you keep it in the fridge (with a cover on it preferably, for the smell) or you can even freeze it for later (that’s what Stéphanie says).
