The regulation is the first project we got down to in January 2019 and we spent a little over a month on the subject. In fact, the regulation is like an Iceberg, from a distance we think it is a small ice cube that floats and then we discover that 80% of the mass is under water.
So we have two choices, either we say that we feasted on passing for Superman (the costume is occasionally), or we are telling you the truth and you will take us for stubborn but persevering French people.
Now we’re at ease and got help from a few people who we’re sure will recognize themselves by reading this blah, we’ve so exhausted them.
Our solution is simple, if the product is blocked when you connect to our site www.ma-petite-france.com then you will not be able to order it (we will bring it in a diplomatic bag but it will stay between us), otherwise you can add it to the basket.
To date, errors in this system can creep in (so far we are not yet 100 people and we remain imperfect) but they will be detected before your package is sent. In the event of a regulatory problem, we will contact you to discuss with you.
Let's talk little, let's talk about tax
We remain transparent and tell you a few words about customs fees. This does not apply to expatriates or lovers of gastronomy residing in a member country of the European Union.
For expatriates and or lovers of french gastronomy residing in the rest of the world, nothing very complicated. When sending your package, we slip a little bill ... NO ! When sending your package, we provide all the documents requested for the customs of your country of residence. Once your package has been released, our carrier will notify you of the amount of charges to be paid. To receive your package, you will need to free yourself from this amount. However, the amount of taxes are very variable and they may be existing or non-existent depending on the country, category, quantity and price.
